All required items listed on this website must be completed prior to the original offer date of the Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC). Any submissions after the original offer date will not qualify for this free golf offer.  

This offer of a free round of golf is only valid for one 18 hole green fee per real estate transaction the recipient closes on. There is no limit to how many real estate transactions one person may close on with Carson Joens LLC. Only one free round of golf will be given per transaction, multiple people associated with the transaction may not both receive this offer, ONLY ONE/REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION! Minimum Real Estate Transaction sale amount is $50,000 for this offer to be valid. 

Some golf courses may not sell gift certificates for free rounds of golf, in that case we will have to arrange that we will call the golf shop prior to your arrival to pay for your round. Many golf courses will have an expiration date on their gift certificates, this is the recipients responsibility to use the gift certificate prior to expiration. If a gift card is not available for purchase and we must call the golf shop to pay over the phone on the date of play, that round must happen no later than 12 months (365 Calendar Days) after closing of the real estate transaction. Recipient must complete all steps listed on this website (zerodollargolf.com) prior to the date of closing. ​

If recipient is listing property with Carson Joens, this offer is only valid with a minimum total commission of 4.5% (split up between Listing & Selling Brokerages).

All free rounds of golf will be paid at the base rate and will only include a golf cart if one is included in each round of golf. If a golf cart is not included in the round of golf, that can be purchased separately at the recipients expense. Rental Clubs, Transportation, Range Balls, Meals, Merchandise, Lodging etc will be paid for by Carson Joens LLC and will be at the expense of the recipient, green fees are the only item to be paid for by Carson Joens LLC.

Recipient is entitled to ONE 18 Hole round of golf for each real estate transaction closed. No free rounds of golf will be honored for any sale that closes prior to October 1, 2022. The free round of golf may not be transferred or sold.

Carson Joens, Carson Joens LLC & Red Rock Real Estate are not responsible for any damages, loss or unexpected expenses that may take place before, during or after your free round of golf.

The Golf Facilities listed have no association with Carson Joens or any businesses that he is a share holder in. He has not been paid or offered any compensation from golf courses for this offer or any other promotion.

This offer is in compliance with all rules & regulations of the UAR, NAR & WCBR. I am aware of the restrictions of total dollar amount aloud to be promoted. If for any reason a free round of golf goes over the limit allowed, a lender or other business associate may cover the remainder of the promotion, up to 50%. Red Rock Real Estate,  Team Honey LLC, Carson Joens LLC and all golf courses listed on this promotion are held harmless for any legal action in relation to this promotion.
